- Tobacco – we work with suppliers of different types of tobacco: from tobacco leaf to fine cut strips to use in cigarettes. It can be some sort of tobacco leaf like Oriental, Virginia, Burley or ready for filling in cigarettes blend.
- Cigarette paper – every cigarette making process starts from forming cigarette rod: ready tobacco blend should be wrapped in cigarette paper with required width, Coresta Unit and density.
- Filter rod – our partners supplies with filter rods from best quality acetate tow and guarantees all parameters requirements will be met. You can order any type of required filter rod: monoacetate, double filters, triple filters, recessed filters and filter rods with flavor capsules.
- Tipping paper – one of the most important part of creating unique design of cigarette. We provide tipping paper with any required print design and perforation lines on it.
- Aluminum foil – we ensure wide choice of colors, lamination and artworks. Aluminum foil can be supplied in every size and length and can be supplied according to various specifications.
- Inner frame - cigarette inner frame paper is a packaging material. It is used to support and locate in the cigarette hard pack frame. Special reinforcement inner frame for cigarette packs effectively prevents deformation.
- Cigarette pack – to make your brand unique and recognizable we cooperate with experienced and well known manufacturers of packaging which can create great designed packs with any requirements.
- BOPP film - Biaxially oriented polypropylene (also known as BOPP) film is a kind of flexible packaging film. BOPP is used as an overwrap film to package your products. An overwrap film is applied by wrapping the film over cigarette packaging.
- Tear tape – important component to make your cigarette pack easy to open.
- Glues – we offer vinyl acetate/ethylene (VAE) emulsions for high performance adhesive applications in tobacco manufacturing. We provide glues for tipping paper, side seaming and packaging.
